Frequently asked questions about returns, refunds, and exchanges.
How do I return?
- Returns for Spain will be sent to our Spanish warehouses for inspection.
- International returns may also be sent to directly to our manufacture in China for inspection in order to keep shipping and duty fees as low as possible.
Who pays for shipping of returned goods?
- Client is responsible for all shipping fees when returning items.
What items are returnable?
- All MitoFit-X Panels - within 30 days from the date of purchase
- In like new condition
- In the original packaging with all of the accessories and cables
- Stands and racks are subject to a 20% restocking fee and can only be accepted if they are in new condition with no scratches or visible signs of being being assembled and/or used
What items are non-refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.
Can the items be exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for select variants. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you.
What are the refund options?
The following refund options are supported:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Refund to store credit (if applicable)
How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
Warranty Information
1. MitoFit-X devices are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of THREE (3) YEARS from the purchase date.
2. Free replacements are warranted for a period of SIX (6) MONTHS.
3. Warranty does not cover the following damage(s): Modified product, improper installation or use, rough or negligent treatment, accidental damage, improper cleaning, electrical surges, or damage caused by direct exposure to natural elements like water or fire for example.
4. If rough or negligent treatment or any other causes of damage that are not covered under this warranty are determined to be the cause of damage, the customer will be responsible for the cost of labor and parts needed to fulfill the warranty work.
5. Warranty does not cover the loss of third party with direct or indirect damage(s)
